1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings stated below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the website bolaking.run together with all its mobile apps, software, and associated services.
• "Member" or "You" refers to an individual who has registered an account on the Bolaking platform and uses the services provided.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access the platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the total cash balance in a member's account, excluding any bonuses or promotional credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free spins, or added value granted to members through promotions, loyalty programs, or other incentives.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus value is eligible to be converted into withdrawable cash.

2Account Registration

To fully use Bolaking's services, including making deposits, playing with real money, and making withdrawals, you are required to register a valid account. The following are the registration requirements that must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are only permitted to register one account only per individual, per IP address, and per device. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
• All information provided during registration, including full name, phone number, email, and date of birth, must be accurate and truthful information.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date at all times. bolaking is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information.
• An Identity Verification (KYC) process will be required before your first withdrawal or when requested by our compliance team. Documents typically required include an identity card, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

3Deposits and Payments

Bolaking supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All deposits must be made in the same member's name and from a legitimate source. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods. This limit may vary for certain payment methods such as digital wallets.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer.
• All deposits are processed in real time. In the rare event that a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, contact customer support with proof of transaction.
• Bolaking does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose separate third-party charges.
• Bolaking reserves the right to decline deposits if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms.

4Fund Withdrawal

Bolaking is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 24 hours – most within 4 hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• Prior to the first withdrawal, the KYC process must be completed and the account must be fully verified.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cash balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bolaking reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual in terms of amount or pattern.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Bolaking offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance. The following general terms apply to all bolaking bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry wagering requirements of between 20x and 35x the bonus value. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated on our Promotions page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have varying validity periods – typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issuance. Bonuses not utilised within this period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: In general, only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Members may not claim a new bonus before completing or cancelling their currently active bonus.
• Abuse Prohibition: Accounts detected using betting strategies specifically designed to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk (bonus abuse) will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.
• Bolaking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games available on the bolaking platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers. The specific terms and rules for each game — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, payout structures, and bonus mechanics — are set by the respective providers and can be viewed in the relevant game information.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that cannot be manipulated by any party.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, bolaking will use transaction records stored on the server to determine the game outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the wager involved will be fully refunded to the member's balance.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled. All game outcomes are final.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or table are as displayed within the respective game interface.

7Member Responsibilities

As a bolaking member, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Specifically, you agree to:

• Not sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
• Not using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or access the platform.
• Not engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.
• Ensure you play within your own financial means and do not borrow money for gambling purposes.
• Immediately notify bolaking if you suspect any unauthorised or suspicious activity in your account.

8Account Closure and Suspension

Bolaking reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Upon request by relevant legal authorities or regulators.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the bolaking support team. Prior to account closure upon a member's request, all eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal once the verification process is complete.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bolaking, its directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of using the platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions arising from system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bolaking's control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of the platform.

Bolaking's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Terms and Conditions Amendments

Bolaking reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via:

• In-platform notification upon login
• Email to the address registered on your account
• Update the "Latest Version" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the bolaking platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

11Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the relevant court in accordance with the designated jurisdiction.
